RESAWING
In our re-sawing room we take purchased lumber and saw it down to the dimensions needed for each individual pallet.
NAILING
We are equipped with multiple nailing machines and also multiple hand nailers. Hand nailers here on site help with the custom pallets that do not fit onto our nailing machines.
HEAT TREATING
To prevent the worldwide spread of plant pests and diseases. At Treen we have 3 Heat Treating facilities to keep orders moving effectively.
DRYING ROOM
There are two large drying buildings on site. Both have slide-able doors for complete closure.
COVERED STORAGE
On site there are multiple buildings that are covered and enclosed for storage of pallets. Each building is equipped with fans to prevent mold/moisture exposure.
BANDING
When purchasing pallets you can request banding for the individual stacks.
